So, the theme for Illustration Friday this week is "Cars". Well, I can't create cars today, this is what's coming from me today,,,,,,,certainly not cars!

I forgot I had this piece, I made it a couple of months ago. It is created on hot press watercolor paper. I prefer cold press for the texture. The colors came out just the way I like them, bright!

My most favorite art in the whole world

My son made this for me in an art class when he was 7 years old. It is made out of ceramic clay. Over the years (he's 16 now), it had faded so much you couldn't see any features. For mother's day I asked him to re-paint it for me and he did! I just love the lips!
