Remember the cover of my book,,, Mr Pea Hat? Well, he is looking for strange people like him who wear strange hats. I finished up this page tonite in my fabric book.
People always ask me where I get my ideas from. Well,,, 99.9% of the time they just come though my head. This time was different however, I found this photo in a magazine, and just couldn't resist using my creative license. (obviously someone else used their creative license too) How could I pass this up! Perfect inspiration for my Pea Hat book!

There's nothing wrong with borrowing once in a while. It's amazing how one can see something, are inspired and end up looking like nothing from the original piece...now that's a true artist. Love the painting and the nose!
